【摘要】 目的观察黏膜上皮和黏膜下结缔组织中白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-23(IL-23)mRNA的表达,探讨Th17细胞在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)中的作用。方法选取山东大学口腔医院口腔扁平苔藓患者病损区黏膜为实验组(n=10),健康志愿者提供的正常口腔黏膜为对照组(n=6),应用荧光实时定量PCR技术检测OLP黏膜和正常口腔黏膜的上皮和固有层结缔组织中IL-17、IL-23mRNA的表达量。结果实验组OLP黏膜上皮及固有层结缔组织中IL-17、IL-23mRNA的表达量均高于对照组(P<0.05);OLP固有层中IL-17mRNA表达量明显高于其上皮组织(P<0.05);但OLP黏膜上皮和固有层中IL-23mRNA的表达量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Th17细胞功能相关细胞因子表达量增多可能与OLP的发病有一定联系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expressions of IL-17mRNA and IL-23mRNA in epithelium and lamina propria of oral mucosa and investigate the role of Th17 cells on oral lichen planus(OLP).Methods Oral mucosa from 10 cases with OLP were taken as research objects and 6 healthy volunteers were the control.Real-time RT-PCR was used to detect the expressions of IL-17 and IL-23 mRNA of the normal and OLP oral mucosa.Results The expression levels of IL-17mRNA and IL-23mRNA in both epithelium and lamina propria of the OLP group were significantly higher compared with the normal oral mucosa group(P<0.05).In the OLP group,the expression level of IL-17mRNA in lamina propria was significantly higher than that in the epithelium(P<0.05).However,the expression levels of IL-23 mRNA showed no significant difference between the lamina propria and epithelium(P>0.05).Conclusion The increase of cytokine mRNA expressions related to the function of Th17 cells may be correlated to the pathogenesis of OLP.更多还原
