趋化因子受体3及血管生成拟态在结肠癌肝转移中的作用

【摘要】 目的探讨趋化因子受体3(CXCR3)及血管生成拟态(VM)在结肠癌肝转移中的表达及其与临床指标的关系。方法免疫组织化学染色检测40例结肠癌肝转移手术标本(A组)和30例结肠癌无肝转移手术标本(B组)CXCR3的表达,过碘酸雪夫氏(PAS)染色检测结肠癌组织中VM的表达,分析CXCR3和VM与临床指标的相关性。结果 A组结肠癌组织中CXCR3阳性表达率77.5%,VM阳性表达率72.5%,肝转移瘤中CXCR3阳性表达率75.0%;B组结肠癌组织CXCR3阳性表达率43.3%,VM阳性表达率20.0%,两组间差异有统计学意义。相关性分析表明,CXCR3的表达与结肠癌分化程度、淋巴结转移、肝转移呈正相关,CXCR3与VM阳性表达也呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 CXCR3和VM在结肠癌肝转移组的结肠癌组织中高表达,CXCR3和VM的表达与结肠癌的转移及分化程度有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expressions of CXC chemokine receptor 3(CXCR3) and vasculogenic mimicry(VM) in hepatic metastasis of colonic carcinoma and their relationships with clinical parameters.Methods The expression of CXCR3 was detected by immunohistochemical staining in surgical specimens of colonic carcinoma with(group A,40 cases) or without(group B,30 cases) hepatic metastasis.The expression of VM was detected by Periodic acid-Schiff(PAS) staining in colonic carcinoma.Relationships between the above two indicators and clinical parameters were analyzed.Results Positive expression rates of CXCR3 and VM in the colonic carcinoma of group A were 77.5% and 72.5% respectively,while the positive rate of CXCR3 was 75.0% in the hepatic metastases of this group.Positive expression rates of CXCR3 and VM in the colonic carcinoma of group B were 43.3% and 20.0% respectively.There were significant differences between the two groups.Expression of CXCR3 in colonic carcinoma was positively related to histologic differentiation,lymph node metastasis and hepatic metastasis.Meanwhile,the expression of CXCR3 was also positively correlated with that of VM(P<0.05).Conclusion CXCR3 and VM are highly expressed in colonic carcinoma tissue of group A.Expressions of CXCR3 and VM are correlated with histologic differentiation and the metastasis of colonic carcinoma.
