微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定吸收性明胶海绵中的铬含量
Determination of Chromium in Absorbable Gelatin Sponge by Microwave Digestion-graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 建立微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定吸收性明胶海绵中的铬(Cr)含量的方法。选择硝酸作为微波消解的酸,明确了微波消解和石墨炉的工作条件。方法的检出限为0.004 mg/kg;定量限为0.013mg/kg;样品进样的精密度的相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.04%(n=11);同批样品重复性的RSD为3.63%(n=7);回收率为92.79%~109.31%。本方法准确简便,可用于吸收性明胶海绵中重金属Cr含量的测定。
【Abstract】 To establish a method for the determination of chromium in absorbable gelatin sponge.HNO3 was used as the acid for microwave digestion.The conditions of microwave digestion and graphite furnace that had been definitized.The detection limit was 0.004 mg /kg and LOQ was 0.013 mg /kg;The precision was 4.04%(n=11);The repetition was 3.63%(n=7);The spike recovery results was 92.79 %~109.31 %(n=3).The method that can be used for the determination of Chromium in absorbable gelatin sponge,was simple and accurate.
