【摘要】 跨国界河流水资源分配问题已成为影响中国与周边国家关系的重要问题,在考虑国际水法公平合理原则基础上,根据不同的分类标准拟定不同国际河流水量分配方法相应的计算公式,并应用于伊犁河实例中,结合具体资料获得不同分配结果,对比分析得出同时兼顾人口数量、需水量及产水贡献三方面的分配,既为最优的分配方法,也能有效减轻或避免国家之间的水冲突。更多还原

【Abstract】 Transboundary river water allocation has become an important issue of the relationship between China and peripheral countries.In consideration of the fair and reasonable principles of international water law,a number of international river water allocation methods are put forward based on different classification standards and drawn up the corresponding formulas.Applying these formulas to the practical example of the Yili River,different allocation results are obtained by combining with the specific data.Contrast analysis result shows that the method taken into account population,water demand and water production is the most optimal one,which can also reduce or avoid water conflicts between countries effectively.更多还原
