茉莉酸甲酯对富硒春茶硒含量及品质的影响

【摘要】 在土壤中施用不同量的硒酸钠与亚硒酸钠肥料,研究了喷施2.5μL/mL茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)对福鼎大白茶春茶中含硒量及茶叶化学品质指标的影响。结果表明:茶叶中硒的富集量随硒肥用量的增加而增加,硒酸钠肥料的富硒效果优于亚硒酸钠,喷施MeJA有利于低硒酸钠用量处理中茶叶富硒作用的增强;两种硒盐都能降低茶叶中总茶多酚和咖啡碱的含量,增加茶叶中游离氨基酸和儿茶素的含量。与不喷施组相比,喷施MeJA可显著提高各处理中儿茶素的含量,但对各处理咖啡碱含量的影响甚微。MeJA处理进一步降低了硒酸钠处理茶叶中总茶多酚的含量,对亚硒酸钠处理作用不显著,同时进一步提高了硒酸钠处理茶叶中游离氨基酸的含量。

【Abstract】 The influence of methyl jasmonate on se content and chemical quality of Fudingdabai spring tea were investigated with application of sodium selenate and selenium in soil and spraying 2.5 μL/mL methyl jasmonate on tea tree.The results showed that Se concentration in tea was increased with the increase of selenium dosage.Selenium-enriched effect after the usage of sodium selenate was better than that of sodium selenite.In addition,the Se concentration with low dosage sodium selenate was further elevated after spraying MeJA.Total tea polyphenol or caffeine content was significantly decreased by selenium fertilizer,conversely the content free amino acid or catechin was increased.Spraying of MeJA could significantly improved catechin content,while had little effect on caffeine content.The total tea polyphenol content with the application of selenate was further reduced after spraying of MeJA,conversely free amino acid content was further enhanced.No obvious effect was investigated from the treatments with selenite and MeJA.
