了哥王中木脂素成分及生物活性研究

【摘要】 从了哥王根茎石油醚提取部位分离得到3个木脂素,采用核磁共振(1H-NMR、13C-NMR、DEPT)和ESI-MS波谱解析技术对其结构进行鉴定,最终分别确定为(-)-pinoresinol(1)、arctigenin(2)、bursehernin(3),且化合物3为首次从了哥王中分离得到;并采用MTT法和SRB法检测上述化合物的抗肿瘤活性,发现化合物1、2具有微弱的细胞抑制作用。

【Abstract】 Three kinds of known lignans were isolated from the petroleum extracts of the roots and stems of Wikstroemia indica(L.)C.A.May using classic phytochemistry technique in the present work.They were identified as(-)-pinoresinol(1),arctigenin(2) and bursehernin(3) by spectroscopic analysis methods including 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,DEPT and ESI-MS.Compound 3 were isolated for the first time.The bioactivity against tumor was evaluated using the methods of MTT and SRB,and compounds 1,2 showed a weak effect on tumor inhibition.
