氧化沟流场的三维数值模拟
Three-dimensional numerical simulation of flow fields in oxidation ditch
【摘要】 利用FLUENT软件对氧化沟流场进行三维数值模拟时,采用滑移壁面模型定义转盘的转动和Reynolds应力模型模拟湍流变化,并利用充足的氧化沟流场三维实测数据进行验证。数学模型能精确的模拟出氧化沟直道段各断面的流速分布及流场的沿程变化情况,能有效地模拟出弯道流场的三维特性以及断面环流的形成和发展。模拟结果和实测数据吻合情况良好。
【Abstract】 A 3-D numerical model for the flow fields in an oxidation ditch was developed based on FLUENT software and Reynolds stress model,the slip wall model was used to simulate the power sources of plate running in the ditch.This model was verified by the data from velocity field tests in oxidation ditch.The variation laws of velocities in the straight channel,especially the complex 3-D characteristics and circulation flow in the flexural channel were successfully simulated.The simulation results agree very well with the measured data.
