穗茎兼收玉米联合收获机秸秆收获技术研究

【摘要】 玉米秸秆量大面广,用途广泛,但收获困难,而且不同用途对收获的要求亦不同。既能收获玉米果穗又能同时收获秸秆的穗茎兼收玉米联合收获机能促进秸秆综合利用,在我国已有较长时间的发展。其秸秆处理流程有"六步法"、"五步法"和"三步法"三种。今后,应加强功能部件和系统配套性研究,适时开展配套籽粒收获割台的穗茎兼收技术与装备研究,开展秸秆湿式贮存研究,并进行综合利用体系规划与建设。

【Abstract】 Corn stover is in large quantity and widely used but difficult in harvesting. Meanwhile, for different usages of corn stover, requirements for its harvest are different. The combine harvester for corn and stover can promote the comprehensive utilization of corn stover. And it has a long time development in China. Generally, there are three kinds of processes to deal with corn stover, "Six-Step Method", "Five-Step Method" and "Three-Step Method". Hence,the research on function parts and the match of system should be strengthened, and the combined harvesting technology and equipment for grain header and the wet storage of corn stover should be researched in time. Furthermore, it is necessary to plan and build the system of comprehensive utilization of corn stover.
