弧面分度凸轮的参数化设计方法研究
The Research of Parameter Designing Method Based on the Dividing Cam of Arcuate Surface
【摘要】 针对弧面分度凸轮工作曲面建模的复杂性,提出了一种建模的新方法。利用Excel计算得出主要参数,把参数变量和值及其公式用文本导入到UG表达式中,利用表达式和特征生成模型,实现参数化设计生成系列产品,减少了繁琐计算,缩短了设计周期,提高了设计精度。
【Abstract】 In view of the complexity about the working camber, a new method of modeling the dividing cam of arcuate surface is given. Main parameters are calculated by Excel, and their variables are imported in the expression of UG by notepad, and then the modeling is generated by using the expression and the features in UG. A series of cams can be designed by modifying the main parameters. Thus the complex designing is reduced, the designing period is abbreviated, and the designing precision is increased.
