溢流染色机喷嘴热分布与结构关系分析
Heat Distribution and Structure Relationship Analysis of the Overflow Dyeing Machine Nozzle
【摘要】 针对喷嘴的工作特性及结构特点,运用流体动力学方法对喷嘴内含3、4、5及6块挡流板等4种情况进行热分析,依据涡流强化传热理论,探讨喷嘴腔壁面及剖面(y=0)温度分布规律。研究表明:喷嘴内含3、5及6块挡流板装置时,横切面壁面处的强化对流给热系数和散热量相对较小;液体入口近端和远端喷孔处热分布规律大致相同。为进一步应用数值方法优化喷嘴内部结构,提高其整体性能打下了基础。
【Abstract】 According to nozzle working characteristics and structure characteristics,this paper uses fluid dynamics method for nozzle with 3,4,5 and 6 block baffle flow board 4 on thermal analysis,and discusses the nozzle cavity wall and profile(y=0) temperature distribution,on the basis of the eddy current strengthening heat transfer theory.Research shows when the nozzle has 3,5 and 6 block baffle device,there will be a lower strengthen convection heat transfer coefficient and Heat dissipating capacity at the wall surface of cross-section;and the spray holes at liquid inlet proximal and distal ends have roughly the same thermal distribution.This paper has done a previous job for the further application of numerical method optimization nozzle internal structure and improvement of the nozzle overall performance.
