压力油雾化喷嘴内流动特性的研究
Study on the flow characteristic of the pressure-oil atomizing nozzle
【摘要】 通过分析压力油雾化喷嘴的结构特点,对不同结构参数的喷嘴进行了三维流动数值模拟研究。结果表明:在偏转角度一定时,随着喷嘴出口直径Φ的增大,喷嘴中心轴线上的速度逐渐减小,喷雾的能量损失逐渐增加,同时当直径增大到一定程度后喷嘴中心轴线处开始出现回流现象,回流速度随直径增大而增大;喷嘴出口直径为定值时,油雾出口速度随偏转角度θ的增大先逐渐增大又逐渐减小,在θ=60°时喷雾效果最佳。
【Abstract】 By analyzing the structure characteristic of the pressure-oil atomizing nozzle,the nozzles with different structural parameters are simulated in three-dimensional flow by using the numerical software.It is shown that when deflection angle is constant the velocity at center of the nozzle decreases gradually and energy loss increases with the increase of Φ.Backflow is appearing in the center of nozzle when the diameter increases to a specific value and the velocity of backflow significantly increases with the diameter.When the diameter is constant along with the increase of deflection angle,the velocity at exit of the nozzle increases firstly and decreases later and the best value of θ is 60°.
