大型水电机组励磁变压器设计特点及绝缘方式的选择
Large-scale hydropower units excitation transformer design characteristics and insulation mode choice
【摘要】 阐述了大型水电机组励磁变压器的设计特点及其绝缘方式的选择。结合目前大型水电机组处于地下厂房的情况,设备防火以及人身安全问题尤显突出,提出了以合成酯绝缘液代替传统的环氧浇注式绝缘方式以提高大型励磁变压器运行安全性和可靠性。
【Abstract】 The article expounds large-scale hydroelectric generating excitation transformer design characteristics and insulation mode choice.Most of current large-scale hydropower units are located in underground plant,in this case,the equipment fireproof and personal safety are particularly important.It puts forward that use synthetic ester dielectric fluids replace the traditional epoxy resin cast as the insulation mode,which improves the operation safety and reliability of large excitation transformer.
