含铝废塑料湿法碱浸铝塑分离条件研究
The Research of the Separation Between Aluminum and Plastic in Scraps of Plastic Containing Aluminum Using Wet Leaching Process
【摘要】 以建筑装饰铝塑复合材料为研究对象,采用高温碱湿法浸出工艺,进行铝塑分离研究。考察了浓度、温度、时间和液固比等对铝浸出过程的影响。试验表明:采用氢氧化钠作为浸出剂浸出含铝废塑料中的铝,并分离塑料是可行的,所用试剂无毒、廉价、易得,其设备简单。
【Abstract】 This study with engineering plastic construction decoration aluminum-plastic composite materials for research object using wet leaching process,aluminum-plastic separation study on various factors,including concentration,temperature,time and the liquid-solid ratio on the influence of aluminum leaching process.Through tests can draw the conclusion: adopting sodium hydroxide as leaching agent,separation of aluminum and plastic is feasible,the reagent non-toxic,cheap,easy.
