【摘要】 目的分析北京市海淀区2008～2010年度手足口病的流行病学情况,为制定相应防治措施和策略提供依据。方法通过对中国疾病预防控制系统报告的现住址是海淀区的2008～2010年的所有手足口病病例发病资料进行统计分析。结果 2008～2010年海淀区手足口病发病率分别为119.22/10万、97.25/10万和230.63/10万,2010手足口病发病率明显高于前两年;5～7月份是手足口病发病高峰期;5岁以下儿童发病较高,占报告病例数的86%。结论在手足口病防控工作中,应该针对5岁以下儿童集中的托幼机构及早采取措施,切断传播途径,控制疫情。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the incidences of hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in Haidian District from 2008 to 2010,and provide the evidence for corresponding prevention measures and strategies.Methods The epidemiological characteristics of HFMD cases in Haidian district from 2008 to 2010 were analyzed according to the data collected through China information system for diseases control and prevention.Results The incidence rates of HFMD in Haidian District from 2008 to 2010 were 119.22 /100 000,97.25 /100 000 and 230.63 /100 000,respectively.The incidence of disease in 2010 was significantly higher than the previous two years.Most cases occurred from May to July.Children under 5 years old were high risk group,which contributed to 86% of cases.Conclusion Taking measures in nurseries as soon as possible to stop the transmission was effective to HFMD control.更多还原
