一体化六维加速度传感器的误差分析
Error analysis on an integrated six-axis accelerometer
【摘要】 应用并联机构作为弹性元件研究了一种一体化六维加速度传感器,将影响传感器测量精度的各种误差分为基本特性误差和影响误差,并把这两种误差分别与传感器的加速度雅可比矩阵和弹性连接杆的输出应变矩阵相关联,建立了分析误差的解析方程,据此优化弹性元件的尺寸参数值.标定实验结果表明,该种误差分析方法能够获得很高的传感器测量精度.
【Abstract】 The paper presented an integrated six-axis accelerometer using parallel mechanism as the sensing element,defined all kinds of errors as basic characteristic errors connected with acceleration Jacobian matrix and noise errors connected with output strain matrix of each leg,established analytical equations to analyze the effect factors of error,and found the rules on improving measurement accuracy to optimize dimensional parameters of elastic elements.Finally,the results of calibration experiment show that the method of error analysis is able to obtain higher measurement accuracy of the sensor.
