【摘要】 目的:观察宣肺化痰法所拟方(协定方)对慢性肺源性心脏病(简称肺心病)急性发作期的疗效。方法:将76例患者随机分为对照组、治疗组,对照组给予单纯西医治疗,治疗组给予西医结合协定方治疗,通过对两组总体疗效及自我生活能力的评分比较来观察疗效。结果:治疗14天后,两组总体疗效评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组有优于对照组的趋势。治疗14天后、1月后、6月后治疗组患者自我生活能力评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:宣肺化痰法所拟协定方在改善肺心病患者咳嗽、咳痰、气喘、胸闷等症状及肺部湿啰音、哮鸣音等体征方面均优于单纯西医治疗,且显效时间早,提示运用宣肺化痰法能有效的缓解肺心病的各种症状以及提高生活能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect on acute stage of pulmonary heart disease by using the prescribed Traditional Chinese Medicine with methods of dispersing lung-qi and reducing phlegm.Methods:76 patients were randomly divided into control group,treatment group.Control group were given the pure western medicine treatment,the treatment group were treated with western medicine and the prescribed Traditional Chinese Medicine,compared the curative effect through the score of the two groups on the overall efficacy and self life ability.Results:By 14 days after treatment,there was no statistical significance between the two groups on the efficacy of the overall score(P>0.05),but the treatment group was superior to control group trend after 14days,1months,6months treatment,treatment group patients self-care score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The prescribed Traditional Chinese Medicine with methods of dispersing lung-qi and reducing phlegm can improve the cough,expectoration,asthma,chest tightness and other symptoms and pulmonary crackles,wheezing and other signs better than the pure western medicine treatment.The results show that methods of dispersing lung-qi and reducing phlegm can effectively treat the pulmonary heart disease in acute stage.更多还原
