【摘要】 目的:安神合剂与枣仁安神颗粒(常用中成药)治疗心肝火旺型失眠的临床观察,对安神合剂做出评价。方法:将76例心肝火旺型失眠患者随机分组,采用单盲给予两种不同药物观察1周,并对失眠程度、发作次数、发作时间量评分。结果:两组患者用药后失眠程度、发作次数、发作时间都有好转(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:安神液是治疗心肝火旺型失眠的有效方剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Anshen Mixture and Zaoren Granule to treat insomnia with hyperactivity of heart-liver fire syndrome,and then estimated the effect of Anshen Mixture.Methods: Seventy-six patients with insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients of two groups were respectively treaded with Anshen Mixture and Zaoren Anshen granule for one week.Scoring the insomnia grade,duration time,and frequency during the treatments.Results: Both of the medicine might reduce the insomnia grade,duration time,and frequency(P<0.05),the curative effect of Anshen Mixture was higher than that of Zaoren Anshen Granule.Conclusion: Anshen Mixture is effective on the treatment of insomnia with hyperactivity of heart-liver fire syndrome.更多还原
