【摘要】 目的:了解蛞蝓提取物对肺癌细胞P53、端粒酶基因hTERT表达的影响。方法:体外培养肺癌细胞株,用免疫组化SP法进行检测。结果:蛞蝓提取物可抑制肺癌A549细胞端粒酶基因hTERT表达,并改变突变型P53表达。结论:蛞蝓提取物对肺癌细胞的抑制作用有可能是通过抑制突变型P53及端粒酶基因hTERT表达而实现的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To find out the effect of land slug extractive on P53 and hTERT gene expression.Methods: Lung cancer cell lines in vitro was detected by immunohistochemistry SP method.Results: Land slug extractive could inhibit the expression of P53 and hTERT gene,and change expression of the Mutant P53.Conclusion: Land slug extractive possesses the inhibitory effects on Lung cancer cell may be realized by inhibiting the expression of P53and hTERT gene.更多还原
