【摘要】 目的:观察涤痰开窍中药直肠滴注对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)所致肺性脑病的治疗效果。方法:将46例COPD所致肺性脑病患者随机分为两组。对照组22例,采用常规西医治疗。治疗组24例,在常规治疗基础上给予中药煎剂直肠滴注,2次/d。两组疗程均为7d。结果:治疗组总有效率91.7%,对照组81.9%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);血气分析指标改善治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:涤痰开窍中药直肠滴注对改善通气及COPD所致肺性脑病的临床症状,降低PaCO2,提高组织氧供有明显疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect on rectal instillation of Chinese herbs to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)induced pulmonary encephalopathy.Methods:46 patients with COPD induced pulmonary encephalopathy were randomly divided into 2 groups.22 patients in the control group were cured with the routine treatment of Western medicine,while the other 24 patients in the treatment group were cured with rectal instillation of Chinese herbs twice per day additionally.The period of the treatment for the two groups was 7 days.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.7%and the control group was 81.9%,the two groups had significant differences(P<0.05);the improvement of blood gas analysis index in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Rectal instillation with Chinese herb medicine of Phlegm-eliminating and Resuscitation has an obvious curative effect on improving ventilation and the clinical symptoms of COPD induced pulmonary encephalopathy,reducing the PaCO2 and increasing the tissue`s oxygen supply.更多还原
