【摘要】 目的:评价芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗≥65岁的老年中、重度癌痛患者的疗效及安全性。方法:35例中重度癌痛患者按年龄随机分为两组:老年组15例年龄≥65岁;对照组20例年龄<65岁。两组均使用芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗,初始剂量从4.2mg开始,连续使用14天后评价疗效、生活质量变化及不良反应。结果:所有患者用药后止痛效果明显,其中老年组疼痛缓解有效率为86.7%,对照组疼痛缓解有效率为85%。两组之间有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。生活质量均明显提高,两组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。不良反应均较轻,主要为头晕,嗜睡,便秘,恶心,呕吐等,均能耐受。两组的不良反应无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗老年(≥65岁)的中重度癌痛患者方便,安全,有效,值得临床进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the analgesia therapeutic effect and security of Fentanyl transdermal system for patients(≥65 years old) with moderate to severe cancer pain.Methods:Thirty-five patients with moderate to severe cancer pain were randomly divided into two groups according to their ages:15 patients(≥65 years old) in elderly group and 20 cases(<65 years old ) in control group.Both groups were treated with Fentanyl transdermal system with the initial dose of 4.2mg.After 14 days of continuously use,the therapeutic efficacy,change of life quality and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results-.The analgesic effect in all patients after treatment was obvious.The pain relief rate was 86.7%in the elderly group and 85%in the control group with no significant difference between these two groups.Total efficiency was not significantly different between these two groups(P>0.05).Qualities of life were significantly improved,but no significant difference between the two groups was observed(P>0.05).Mild adverse effects mainly included dizziness,drowsiness,constipation,nausea and vomiting were tolerable.The difference of adverse reactions between these two groups was not significant(P>0.05 ).Conclusion:It is a convenient,safe and effective way to apply Fentanyl transdermal system for patients(≥65 years old) with moderate to severe cancer pain and worthy of further promotion and application.更多还原
