【摘要】 目的探讨传统环切术与环套法包皮切除术的特征比较,以便为患者采取最佳手术方式。方法对115例需行包皮环切术的患者,随机分为传统包皮环切手术组(A组56例),环套法包皮环切术组(B组,59例),对两组患者的手术效果特征及术后不良反应进行比较。结果两组患者的疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但不良反应中较重水肿的消退、出血、系带裂开等方面,B组明显优于A组(P<0.01)。结论采用环套法患者手术后不良反应小,生活质量满意度提高,可在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the different character of traditional circumcision and excision of rings of foreskin,in order to take the best surgery.Methods Select 56 cases to undergo traditional circumcision operation(group A).Take excision of rings of foresk to 59 cases(group B),and compare two groups in character and observation outcome.Results The results of two groups of patients are statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Excision of rings of foreskin can improving the patients′quality of life,and small side-effects after the operation,value to reference.更多还原
