【摘要】 目的对临床胃息肉患者治疗效果进行分析,探讨内镜下治疗胃息肉的疗效及安全性。方法对138例胃息肉患者,共197例息肉的位置、形态、大小、病理情况、治疗方式以及治疗后的复发情况、并发症发生情况进行分析。结果 197例息肉分布的部位以胃体、胃窦为主,分别占27.41%和31.98%;息肉的形态主要为隆起无蒂形(40.10%);息肉的大小以0.5～1.0cm的为主,占59.39%;病理类型主要为增生型和炎性,分别占40.10%和43.65%。197例息肉中,23例息肉行内镜下粘膜切除术,89例息肉行氩离子凝固术,46例行内镜下圈套电凝电切,39例息肉行电凝烧灼。本次调查的138例患者治疗后半年随访,两例出现复发,复发率为1.45%。结论内镜下治疗胃息肉可以起到较好的效果,具有复发率低、并发症发生率低的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the treatment effect of endoscopy for patients with gastric polyps,and explore the efficacy and safety of endoscopic in treatment of gastric polyps.Methods 197 gastric polyps were found among 138 patients,and the location,morphology,size,pathological type,treatment methods and recurrence of patients as well as complication were analyzed.Results The location of gastric polyps were in body of stomach and sinuses ventriculi,and accounted for 27.41% and 31.98%,respectively.The main morphology was uplift sessile form(40.10%).The size of gastric polyps was at the range of 0.5~1.0 cm,accounted for 59.39%.The main pathological type was hyperplasia and inflammatory type,and accounted for 40.10% and 43.65%,respectively.Among 197 gastric polyps,23 cases received EMR,89 cases received APC,46 cases received endoscopic a trap of electric power cut,and 39 cases received electricity burning.138 patients were followed up half a years later,and 2 patients occurred recurrence,and the recurrence rate was 1.45%.Conclusion The endoscopy in treatment of patients with gastric polyps has good effect,and has the aspects of low recurrence and complication.更多还原
