【摘要】 目的探讨奥氮平联用利培酮对精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢及瘦素影响的临床研究。方法共纳入102例精神分裂症患者,采用随机数字法平均分为两组,A组给予奥氮平联用利培酮治疗措施;B组单独给予奥氮平治疗。于治疗前和治疗后6周测量空腹血糖、HbA1c、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、血清瘦素水平。结果治疗6周后奥氮平联合利培酮治疗对患者TG、TC水平有影响;单独奥氮平治疗对患者空腹血糖、TG、TC、LDL-C水平有影响;与B组(单独奥氮平组)患者相比,A组(奥氮平联合利培酮组)患者的空腹血糖、TC、LDL-C明显更低(P<0.05);治疗6周后瘦素水平均有明显改变,但单独奥氮平组患者瘦素增加更明显(P<0.05)。结论与单独使用奥氮平相比,奥氮平联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症患者不仅疗效不减低,同时其对血糖血脂等的影响比较小,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore olanzapine(risperdal to schizophrenia patients glucolipid metabolism and leptin affect clinical research.Methods Participants included 102 patients with schizophrenia,the random number method average divided into two groups,A group of give olanzapine(risperdal treatment measures;Group B alone give olanzapine treatment.In before and after treatment for six weeks measured fasting blood glucose,and TG HbA1c,TC,hdl-c,LDL-C,blood lean meat level.Results Treatment for 6 weeks after olanzapine joint risperdal treatment for patients,the TC level have influence TG;Separate olanzapine treatment for patients with fasting blood glucose,TG,TC,LDL-C level have influence;And the group B(alone olanzapine group) compared with patients group A(olanzapine joint risperidone groups) of patients with fasting blood glucose,TC,LDL-C is significantly lower(P<0.05);Six weeks after treatment leptin leels were significantly change,but separate olanzapine leptin increase group patients more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion And used alone than olanzapine,olanzapine joint risperdal treat schizophrenia patients not only efficacy not reduced,while its right to blood sugar and blood fat the effect is small,and clinical application.更多还原
