【摘要】 目的探讨术前新辅助化疗对巨块型宫颈癌的疗效。方法选择2007年1月～2011年6月我院经病理确诊的14例Ⅰb2～Ⅱa期巨块型宫颈癌,采用BP方案化疗2疗程后手术。结果化疗后临床有效率达83.9%,肿瘤直径较化疗前有不同程度的缩小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),所有患者均能顺利切除病灶。结论术前新辅助化疗可提高手术切除率和症状改善率,提高宫颈癌的疗效,为治疗该病的一种有效手段,具有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy on Ⅰb2~Ⅱa bulky cervical cancer.Methods Totally 14 cases of bulky cervical cancer in stage Ⅰb2~Ⅱa were diagnosed by pathology in our hospital between 2005 and 2009.They were managed by regimen of BP chemotherapy for 2 cycles and followed by operation.Results The overall response rate was 83.9 %.The primary tumor sizeswere significantly decreased after chemotherapy compared with that of before(P<0.01).All patients under went radical hysterect-omy easily.Conclusion Preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy could apparently increase the chance of operation and perfect the remission rate.And it is an effective method for treatment of stageⅠb2~Ⅱa bulky cervical cancer.It shows promising prospect in clinical application.更多还原
