【摘要】 目的探讨辛伐他汀与氟伐他汀对高血压肾病患者尿蛋白影响。方法入选2008年10月～2011年10月在我院住院治疗的高血压患者86例,根据给予降脂药物的不同将所有的患者分为辛伐他汀组(n=42)和氟伐他汀组(n=44),两组患者分别给予辛伐他汀和氟伐他汀40mg/d治疗,6个月后比较两种降脂药物对高血压肾病患者尿蛋白的影响。结果治疗6个月后,两组患者血压水平均较治疗前降低,但治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者经治疗后,HDL-C、TG均有不同程度的改善,但是治疗前后和治疗后组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后TC、LDL-C较治疗前显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者经治疗后,BUN、SCr均有不同程度的改善,但治疗前后和治疗后组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后24hU-Pro较治疗前显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但治疗后两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟伐他汀和辛伐他汀均可减少原发性高血压肾病患者的尿蛋白排泄,但是二者发挥作用并无差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study simvastatin and fluvastatin on the impact of urinary protein in patients with hypertensive nephropathy.Methods Selecting in October 2008 ～ October 2011 in our hospital 86 patients with hypertension,according to the different lipid-lowering drugs will be given to all the patients were divided into simvastatin group(n=42) and fluvastatin group(n=44),two groups of patients were treated with simvastatin and fluvastatin 40mg / d treatment,6 months after the comparison of the two lipid-lowering high blood pressure kidney disease suffer from urinary protein.Results After 6 months of treatment,two groups of patients before treatment to reduce blood pressure levels than those,but no significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05).Two groups of patients after treatment,HDL-C,TG were different degrees of improvement,but before and after treatment and after treatment,no significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);two groups of patients after treatment TC, LDL-C compared with treatment were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);but after treatment,no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Two groups of patients after treatment,BUN,SCr are different degrees of improvement,but before and after treatment and after treatment,no significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);two groups of patients after treatment 24hU-Pro significantly lower than before treatment,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);but after treatment was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluvastatin and simvastatin in patients with renal hypertension can reduce urinary protein excretion,but there is no difference between the two factors.更多还原
