【摘要】 目的探讨采用双向推进性皮瓣行老年颜面部基底细胞癌切除的临床疗效。方法对6例老年颜面部基底细胞癌患者的临床手术方法和组织病理资料进行分析。结果病检显示6例患者病变组织全部切除。患者手术切口Ⅰ期愈合,仅留线形疤痕,不影响面部美观及功能。结论采用双向推进性皮瓣对老年颜面部小面积基底细胞癌切除临床疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical therapy of the basal cell carcinoma by bilaterallypedicled advance skin flap.Methods The surgical method and histopathological examination of basal cell carcinoma of 6 cases were analysed.Results All areas of basal cell carcinoma were taken off based on histopathological examination and no apparently scars were left after 1 year visiting.Conclusion It is an effective and simple method for small area basal cell carcinoma on face by bilaterallypedicled advance skin flap.更多还原
