【摘要】 目的回顾性分析老年人胃癌的临床表现,延误诊治的原因,诊治过程及转归,探讨发现诊断、治疗的正确方法。方法采用多医院长时间,较大量病例,进行回顾性荟萃分析。结果胃癌早期症状不明显,大多数病例存在不同时间的误诊误治,从而影响了治疗方法的选择而导致治疗效果欠佳,最后造成生存期缩短。结论胃癌起病隐匿,早期临床表现不明显,症状无特异性,应引起临床医生高度警惕。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Retrospective review of senile gastric cancer’s clinic manifestations,causes of treatment delay,treatment process and prognosis,and the correct method to diagnose and treat such disease.Methods Thoroughly analyze a decent amount of cases from multiple hospitals over an extensive period of time.Results The early-stage symptoms of gastric cancer are not obvious.Mis-diagnosis happened at different times in most of the cases studied,affecting the choice of treatment methods and causing the decrease of patients’ survival time.Conclusion Early gastric cancer is hard to detect,displaying no obvious clinic manifestations or special symptoms.Therefore,doctors should pay special attention and be extra alert.更多还原
