【摘要】 目的探索治疗肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张破裂出血的急诊止血方法。方法采用国产套扎器对58例肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张破裂出血患者在入院24h内实施内镜下套扎。结果 58例中,1例发生术后出血。结论采用急诊内镜下套扎的近期止血效果明显,短期内无复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the emergent treatment to stanch gastroesophageal varices bleeding of cirrhosis patients.Methods 58 cases of cirrhosis patients with gastroesophageal varices bleeding have been treated by endoscopic ligature method within 24 hours arriving in hospital using device made in China.Results There was one bleeding after operation out of the 58 cases.Conclusion Endoscopic ligature treatment can achieve significant effect in stanching bleeding and reducing relapse in short term.更多还原
