【摘要】 为国家现代化建设和重庆地方社会经济发展提供涉外人才外语水平测评服务,革新传统的外语测评体系,是历史赋予外语类高校和外语类专业的新机遇和新任务。现以四川外语学院为例,提出多语种智能化测试改革创新构想,以期多语种测试更加科学化、规范化,从而提高测试的可信度和有效度。多语种智能化测试应按"七个一体"的原则,倾全校之力,建成能满足各外语语种、各语言专业需要,包纳外语课程、外语通用水平、外语实践技能、外语才艺、外语学术能力、外语学习困难与问题诊断测试、外语测试质量评估与研发等的多功能数字化测试区,必将促进学校多维、多元、更加科学合理的外语教学测评体系的构建,促进学校外语教学整体质量和科研水平的提高,提升学校服务于地方经济建设的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is both an opportunity and challenge for Sichuan International Studies University(SISU) to take all-out efforts to explore a multidimensional Foreign Language(FL) Teaching Assessment System in an effort to meet the pressing needs arising from Chongqing’s recent growth in economy and development in society.The initiative in constructing a multilingual multi-purpose highly-computerized testing laboratory,comprising FL Achievement Test Section,FL Proficiency Gradation Test Section,Situation-embedded FL Skills Assessment Section,FL-based Artistic Skill Assessment Section,FL Learning Problem and Difficulty Diagnostic Test Section,FL Academic Ability Assessment Section,FL Test Quality Research and Assessment Section,and Computer-assisted Scoring Section,in accordance with "Seven Integration’s" principle,will be best rewarded by the prospects of:(1) fostering a multilingual testing professional team in SISU,(2) reforming the much-critiqued prevailing FL teaching and learning assessment system,(3) upgrading the overall language testing services to better cater to the needs of both the university itself as well as those of Chongqing and the Southwestern region as a whole in their course of development.更多还原
