【摘要】 针对我国高校野外生活生存训练课程迅速发展而师资培养不足的现状,通过对野外生活生存课程特点的研究,认为野外生活生存课程专业教师的专业技能有专业特征明显、实践性强的特点,并主要表现为具有良好的个性特征和意志品质、娴熟的野外生活生存实践技术技能、丰富的实践经验,较高水平的组织管理能力、创新能力和处理突发事件的能力,以及科研能力几个方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 The wild living course is on the rapidly developing time in our College Physical Education Curriculum system.But it is an indisputable fact that the professional teachers of this course are under a seriously deficiency.This became the most important restrictable factor to the development of this course in the physical education curriculum system in our colleges and universities.This paper combines the charactors of conventional physical education and wild living courses.The researches suggested that the skills of professional teachers in this course are mainly embodied in following aspests: the personality characteristics and volitional qualities;sturdy theoretical knowledge system;Skilled practice technique of the wild living and survival;Abundant practical experience;Higher levels of organization and management capabilities;Innovation and the ability to deal with emergency cases several aspects.更多还原
