高锰酸钾预氧化去除某水库水中的锰技术及应用
THE MANGANESE REMOVAL TECHNOLOGY OF THE RESERVOIR WATER AND ITS APPLICATIONS BY POTASSIUM PERMANGANATE PRE-OXIDATION
【摘要】 对源自水库的水厂进厂含锰源水进行除锰试验,投加高锰酸钾氧化和混凝剂聚合氯化铝混凝沉淀。结果表明,在中性条件和适当的投加时间下,高锰酸钾的适宜投加质量为锰含量的1.8~2.0倍时,出水Mn的质量浓度小于0.1 mg/L,达到GB 5749-2006规定要求。水厂近3个月的实际运行试验表明,高锰酸钾预氧化法可以有效去除水库水中的锰,同时对水中的色度、氨氮、有机物也有一定去除能力。
【Abstract】 Through beaker coagulation stirring experiments,the raw water of Huangyan Xicheng Changtan Reservoir water plant was took for the experiment,polyaluminum chloride coagulant and different amount of potassium permanganate were added to simulate the actual production of coagulation and sedimentation and then detected manganese concentration in the supernatant which was filtered,the results showed,under the appropriate pH conditions and time of dosing,when the dosage of potassium permanganate was 80%~100% of the theoretical value,the effluent Mn content could reach national life drinking water health standards.During the nearly three months actual operation of the waterworks,the experiment shown that potassium permanganate pre-oxidation method can effectively remove manganese of Changtan Reservoir water,which also had a certain ability to remove chroma,ammonia,organic.
