新型载体吸附性能的静动态分析

【摘要】 通过静动态试验对比分析3种新型载体聚氨酯、改性聚乙烯、聚丙烯的吸附性能。静态试验中,测定各种载体对非极性对称小分子碘分子、极性线性分子亚甲蓝分子的吸附量,初步评价载体的吸附性能,预测反应器出水效果;动态试验中,将载体投入反应器,在相同的进水水质、水温、HRT及曝气量的条件下,以COD和NH4+-N、TN、TP、SS含量为指标,讨论出水效果,探究载体的吸附性能,最终评价出最佳载体。结果表明,聚氨酯具有最佳的吸附性能,且其对COD去除处理效率可达85%。

【Abstract】 Through static and dynamic experiments,the adsorption properties of three new carriers had been compared,including polyurethane,modified polyethylene,polypropylene.In static experiments,by measuring a variety of carriers’s adsorption capacity on the small molecule of non-polar symmetry iodine molecule and polar linear molecule methylene blue molecule;the adsorption properties of carriers can be initially evaluated,and the effects of reactor water can be predicted.In dynamic experiments,under the same conditions of water temperature,hydraulic retention time and aeration conditions,the carriers were putted into the reactor.The COD,NH4+-N,TN,TP,SS were chosen as indexes to further explore the adsorption properties of carriers.Ultimately the best carrier can be determined.In the combined analysis of experiments,it showed polyurethane had the best adsorption properties,and COD removal rate was up to 85%.
