【摘要】 根据当前河南省新农村建设全面提速,将在县级政府所在镇之外的村镇建成新农村建设示范镇。然而目前,河南新农村房屋存在着诸多问题,例如建设分散、没有合理考虑防灾规划、不经过正规设计、施工队伍没有相应施工资格、建筑用材质量不合格等问题。因此,河南新农村房屋建设中的抗震减灾问题必须重视,分析并提出实用可行的建设性意见,以期引起广泛重视,具有重要的现实意义和实用价值。更多还原
