【Abstract】 Owing to the different interests and concerns from the planning department of the industrial park,part of industrial park planning is lack of the intergrated industrial layout,structure and scale and environmental protection plan to develop project. Planning Environmental Impact Assessment( EIA) aims at the source prevention of environmental pollution and ecological destruction from industrial park to coordinate the economic,social and environmental benefits from now to the future.
