芳烃分离过程中甲苯塔与二甲苯塔的模拟研究

【摘要】 首先利用序贯模块法并结合热力学模型模拟计算某厂芳烃抽提装置精馏部分的甲苯塔(T-202)和二甲苯塔(T-203)的组合工艺流程,获得了质量分数为99.95%和99.85%的甲苯和二甲苯优级产品.同时利用灵敏度模拟计算方法,进一步考察了甲苯塔(T-202)、二甲苯塔(T-203)的理论板数、进料位置、塔顶采出率和回流比对产品质量的影响进行了分析.确定了该塔的最优操作条件.研究结果可为混芳切割工艺的设计提供依据和借鉴.

【Abstract】 A commercial process combined the tower for toluene with the tower for xylene was simulated by sequential modular approach with thermodynamics model.The results showed that high-quality toluene with a mass fraction of 99.95%and xylene with a mass fraction of 99.85%can be obtained from this designed process.Furthermore,the effects of theoretical plates number,feed stage,D/F ratio,as well as the mass reflux ratio on the product quality were estimated by sensitivity analysis simulation method. Optimal conditions were obtained for the operation of the separation process of aromatic mixture.
