【摘要】 绥中发电公司2台俄制800MW机组的高压主汽门存在裂纹隐患。2011年,绥中发电公司A厂已经完成4台高压主汽门的检查工作,其中3台无裂纹,1台发现裂纹,裂纹位置在主汽门底部三通内表面。本文对裂纹产生的原因进行了分析,认为阀门原始缺陷是造成主汽门门体开裂的主要因素,提出了彻底治理方案,包括从主汽门内部进行补焊的方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 High pressure main throttle valve of two 800MW units(Made in Russia)in Suizhong Power Generation Co.,Ltd exist the trouble of crack.A plant of Suizhong Power Generation Co.,Ltd.has completed the inspection on four high pressure main throttle valves,among which three have no crack,but one has.The crack is at the bottom of main throttle valve(inner surface).This article analyzed the reason that caused crack with complete management solutions(including repair welding scheme for internal main throttle valve and related transformation scheme),believing the original defects is the main factors that caused the body crack of main throttle valve.更多还原
