电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定矿泉水和饮用水中微量钒
Determination of trace vanadium in mineral water and drinking water by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)
【摘要】 研究使用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)快速测定矿泉水和饮用水中微量钒,确定了最佳仪器工作条件。方法检出限为0.002mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.42%~0.77%,回收率在98.5%~101.7%之间。该方法简便、快速、准确,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 The inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry method(ICP-AES) was used for the rapid determination of trace vanadium in mineral water and drinking water.The working parameters were optimized for the instrument.The detection limit was 0.002 mg/L,the RSD was 0.42%-0.77%,and the recoveries ranged from 98.5% to 101.7%.The proposed method was proved to be simple,rapid and accurate,and the results satisfactory.
