有机钠催化剂对无烟煤的催化气化动力学

【摘要】 以十二烷基苯磺酸钠和柠檬酸三钠为催化剂,利用常压热分析仪对福建省创宏无烟煤进行了水蒸气气化动力学实验.在850~950,℃下测定了催化剂加载量为0~15%时,转化率随气化时间的变化;并采用缩核模型对实验数据进行拟合,给出相应的动力学参数.结果表明,十二烷基苯磺酸钠和柠檬酸三钠均能明显提高反应的气化速率,降低气化反应活化能;表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠的催化效果优于络合剂柠檬酸三钠,且与碳酸钠催化效果相当,是一种良好的煤催化气化催化剂.

【Abstract】 The steam gasification kinetics of Chuanghong anthracite by using sodium dodecyl-benzenesulfonate and sodium citrate as catalysts was investigated in an isothermal thermo-gravimetric analyzer under ambient pressure.The relationships between coal conversion and reaction time at different catalyst concentrations(0—15%)was studied within the temperature range of 850—950,℃.The catalytic steam gasification reaction was well fitted by the shrinking-core model and the kinetic parameters were obtained.The research results showed that both catalysts can greatly improve gasification rate and remarkably reduce the activation energy of gasification reaction.Sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate has the same catalytic effect as sodium carbonate and better catalytic effect than sodium citrate on gasification rate,so it is a good catalyst for catalytic gisification of anthracite.
