考虑洞群作用的水电站埋管三维有限元分析
Three-Dimensional Finite Element Analysis of the Hydropower Underground Penstocks Considering the Role of Group Tunnels
【摘要】 埋藏式压力管道传统的内外压计算方法一般只分析单一管道,未考虑小净距、大跨度群洞性水电站输水管道的相互作用。通过应用Ansys软件对群洞性水电站地下输水管道建立三维有限元模型,分析管道在不同工况、不同初始缝隙、不同外水压下的应力和位移响应。结果表明:埋藏式压力管道的安全性在很大程度上受外水压控制,当外水压较大时,管道全部放空,为埋管的最不利工况,因此工程中应在钢管上游设置阻水帷幕或排水廊道来减小渗透压。
【Abstract】 The traditional method of calculating inside and outside pressure on the underground penstock is generally only a single penstock analysis,without considering the interaction of the small distance and large span group tunnels of hydropower station penstocks.With the application of large-scale finite element analysis software Ansys to establish group tunnels of the underground penstocks of three-dimensional finite element model,the stress and displacement of the underground penstocks in different conditions,different initial gaps,and different outside water pressures were analyzed.The results show that the security of underground penstock is largely controlled by external water pressure.When the external pressure is large and emptying all the underground penstocks,it will be the most unfavorable condition of the underground penstocks when running.Therefore the project should be set a water retaining curtain or drainage gallery in upstream of the underground penstock.
