小管径管翅式换热器空气侧的强化传热特征
Air-side enhanced heat transfer characteristic of fin-and-tube heat exchanger using small diameter tubes
【摘要】 对5mm小管径三角翼翅片的流动和传热特性进行计算研究,讨论和分析了三角翼纵向涡发生器对流动与传热的影响以及其强化传热机理。计算结果显示流场呈现出三个显著的特征:翅片上下的空气通过冲孔相互流通,三角翼后形成了一个明显的纵向涡,后部有明显的横向流动。在所研究的Re范围内,三角翼翅片的传热能力增大70%~80%,综合性能提高19%~38%。同时,平均场协同角减小,这说明三角翼纵向涡发生器改善了温度场和速度场的协同性,从而提高了翅片的传热性能。
【Abstract】 The flow and heat transfer characteristics of delta wing fins using 5mm tube diameter was studied based on three-dimensional numerical simulation,the influence of the delta wing upon the flow fluid and heat transfer and enhanced heat transfer mechanism were discussed and analyzed.The computational results show that the flow field has three significant characteristics : the air above and below the fin circulate through the hole punched,a visible longitudinal vortex arises after the delta wing,the transverse flow appears at the rear of the delta wing.Compared to the plate fin,the heat transfer and overall performance are increased by 70%-80%and 19%-38%,respectively.Meanwhile,the average field synergy angle decreases.It means that the delta-wing longitudinal vortex generators can improve the synergy of the temperature and velocity field,thus strengthen the heat transfer.
