小型高速水洞实验段形状对流场影响的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of the Effect of the Test Section Shape on the Flow Field in a Minitype High-speed Water-tunnel
【摘要】 介绍小型高速水洞的设计原则,在现有圆形水洞的基础上,建立2种实验段截面为方形的水洞模型;利用Fluent对3种模型的收缩段和实验段流场进行对比。结果表明,当实验段的截面由圆形改为其内接正方形时,满足流速不均匀度小于1%的区域缩小为原来的0.6倍;在实验段入口前添加过渡段,增加收缩段出口到实验段入口的距离,可以降低实验段的湍流度。
【Abstract】 The design principles of water-tunnel were introduced,and two models with square test sections were proposed deriving from a minitype high-speed water-tunnel.The software Fluent was used to analyze the performance of contractions and test sections of the water-tunnels.It is found that,in the square test section,the area where velocity unevenness is below 1% shrunk to 0.6 of that in the circular one.The turbulence intensity decreases when there is a transitional section between the contraction and the test section.
