非线性光学晶体CsB3O5研究进展
Research Progress of Nonlinear Optical Crystal CsB3O5
【摘要】 非线性光学晶体CsB3O5(CBO)具有大的非线性光学系数、优秀的紫外波段透过能力和高的抗光损伤阈值,在紫外高功率密度全固态激光系统的频率转换方面展现出良好的应用前景。本文综述了CBO晶体的研究概况,报道了高质量CBO晶体生长、折射率温度系数、热学性能及278 nm紫外激光输出的最新研究结果。
【Abstract】 CsB3O5(CBO) is a new nonlinear optical crystal.It possesses a relatively large effective nonlinear optical coefficients,a high laser damage threshold(26 GW/cm2 for 1.0 ns pulses at 1053 nm),and a wide optical transparency range(167-3400 nm).CBO crystal can be expected to generate more efficient and high power ultraviolet light by frequency conversion of Nd∶ YAG laser radiation than LiB3O5(LBO) crystals.This paper presents the progress of CBO crystal on growth,properties,as well as output of ultraviolet laser.
