【摘要】 【目的】探讨特发性真性性早熟(idiopathic central precocious puberty,ICPP)女孩的心理行为特点与中医证型的关系。【方法】对139例ICPP患儿进行中医辨证,分为肝肾阴虚、肝气郁结、痰火郁结3个证型,采用阿成贝切儿童行为量表(Achenbach’s child behavior checklist,CBCL)对患儿进行心理行为评估,观察不同中医证型的ICPP女孩心理行为的表现。【结果】CBCL量表中的抑郁、多动、违纪、社交退缩、攻击分值存在差异,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在两两比较中,痰火郁结型ICPP女孩表现为多动、违纪的外向性行为问题,与其他2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),肝气郁结型ICPP儿童表现为社交退缩的内向性行为问题,与其他2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】不同中医证型的ICPP患儿存在心理行为问题的差异,可能是ICPP患儿中医证型的行为学基础之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between the psychological behavior of the idiopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP) girls and traditional Chinese medical(TCM)syndromes.Methods One hundred and thirty-nine cases of the ICPP girls were differentiated into yin deficiency of liver and kidney,liver-Qi stagnation and phlegm-fire stagnation.Achenbach’s child behavior checklist(CBCL) was used to assess their psychological and behavioral changes in ICPP girls with different syndrome patterns.Results The CBCL scores in depression,hyperactivity,discipline,social withdrawal and attack varied in the three syndrome patterns and the differences were significant(P<0.01).In the inter-group comparisons,ICPP girls with phlegm-fire stagnation had behavioral problems of depression and discipline,which were significantly different from the other two patterns(P<0.01).ICPP girls with liver-Qi stagnation had behavioral problem of social withdrawal,which was significantly different from the other two patterns(P<0.01).Conclusion The psychological and behavioral problems of ICPP girls with various syndrome patterns are different,which will supply behavioral evidence for ICPP children with different TCM syndromes.更多还原
