【摘要】 目的:观察祛湿散治疗湿热型肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为2组各60例,治疗组使用祛湿散治疗,对照组使用哌瑞松乳膏治疗,均治疗2周。观察比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后瘙痒程度、皮损面积、皮损形态、生活质量评分。结果:治疗后2组瘙痒程度、皮损面积、皮损形态积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗组临床症状积分降低较对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者生活质量评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),治疗组生活质量评分升高较对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组为86.66%,对照组为83.33%,2组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:祛湿散外用能改善瘙痒症状及皮损表现,提高患者生活质量,临床疗效肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Qushi Powder for perianal eczema of dampness-heat pattern.Methods:One hundred and twenty perianal eczema patients with dampness-heat pattern were equally randomized into treat-ment group(treated with external use of Qushi Powder for two weeks) and control group(treated with external use of Pevisone paste for two weeks).The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated after treatment,and the scores of pruritus,skin lesion area,skin lesion shape and the quality of life were compared before and after treatment.Results:The scores of pruritus,skin lesion area and skin lesion shape in the two groups were decreased after treatment(P < 0.05 compared with those before treatment),and the decrease in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P < 0.05).The score of quality of life was increased in the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05 compared with that before treatment),and the increase in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P < 0.05).The effective rate was 86.66% in treatment group and 83.33% in control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:External use of Qushi Powder is effective for the treatment of perianal eczema by relieving pruritus and skin lesion and by improving the qual-ity of life of the patients.更多还原
