【摘要】 目的:观察阴虚型特发性真性性早熟(idiopathic central precocious puberty,ICPP)女孩的心理行为状况,并评估中医药治疗疗效。方法:32例ICPP患儿予滋阴潜阳,柔肝降火法中药治疗6月,治疗前后采用阿成贝切儿童行为量表(Achen-bach’s child behaviorcheck list,CBCL)进行心理行为评估,同时比较治疗前后中医证候总分及预测身高。另设20例健康儿童为对照组观察CBCL分值。结果:CBCL的抑郁、攻击分值,治疗组治疗前高于对照组,2组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组患儿的抑郁、攻击分值低于治疗前,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后预测身高高于治疗前,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),而中医证候总分治疗后低于治疗前,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:阴虚型ICPP患儿存在一定程度的攻击、抑郁的不良情绪和行为,中医药的治疗疗效确定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the psycho-behavioral status of idiopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP)girls with yin-deficiency type,and to assess the effect of Chinese herbal medicine.Methods:Thirty-two cases in the treatment group were treated with the decoction of Chinese medicine with the actions of nourishing yin for 6 months.Psychological and behavioral characteristics were investigated by Achenbach’s child behavior check list(CBCL) before and after treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medical syndromes were compared before and after treatment,and body height was predicted.Twenty cases of healthy children were regard as the control group.Results:The CBCL scores of depression and attack in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,the differences being significant(P < 0.05).The CBCL scores of depression and attack in the treatment group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the differences being significant(P < 0.05).Height prediction in the treatment group after treatment was higher than those before treatment,the differences being significant(P < 0.05).The scores of traditional Chinese medical syndromes after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the differences being significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:ICPP girls with yin-deficiency type have a certain degree of aggression and depression,and Chinese herbal medicine has curative effect on ICPP.更多还原
