【摘要】 目的:观察益气清肝方联合拉米夫定治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化的疗效。方法:将58例患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例以益气清肝方联合拉米夫定治疗,对照组28例单用拉米夫定治疗,疗程52周。观察2组肝功能[谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血清总胆红素(TBi)l、血清白蛋白(Alb)]、HBV DNA、Child-Pugh积分及乙肝两对半的变化。结果:治疗组患者HBV DNA阴转率高于对照组,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组HBeAg/HBeAb血清转换率、HBV DNA-YMDD变异率比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。2组患者治疗后ALT、TBil、Alb均较治疗前改善,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组ALT、TBil与对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后Child-Pugh积分均较治疗前改善,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气清肝方联合拉米夫定治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Qinggan Decoction combined with lamivadine for chronic hepatitis B patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods:Fifty-eight patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group with thirty cases was treated with Yiqi Qinggan Decoction combined with lamivadine,and the control group with twenty-eight cases was given lamivadine.The treatment lasted fifty-two weeks.The changes of liver function parameters including alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBil) and albumin(Alb),as well as hepatitis B virus(HBV)DNA quantitation,Child-Pugh scores and HBV markers were detected.Results:The negative conversion rate of HBV DNA in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05).The differences of HBeAg/HBeAb seroconversion rate and HBV DNA-YMDD mutation rate were not significant between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment,liver function(ALT,TBil and Alb)was improved significantly in both groups(P < 0.05 compared with that before treatment).The improvement of ALT and TBil of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group.After treatment,Child-Pugh scores in both groups were improved significantly(P < 0.05 compared with those before treatment).Conclusion:Yiqi Qinggan Decoction combined with lamivadine has certain effect for hepatitis B patients with liver cirrhosis.更多还原
