【摘要】 通过对我国大飞机产业发展的纵向研究,结合嵌入理论、路径依赖理论,构建该产业的嵌入型依赖理论模型并分解为技术发展依赖和市场关系依赖两个维度,然后利用CES效用函数推导出的数学模型进行分析。在政府主导这一外生变量作用下,自主创新和价值链重构成为我国大飞机产业嵌入性依赖的突破路径。自主创新的目的是突破技术发展依赖,获取产业升级所需的知识积累。价值链重构的目的是占领价值链战略环节,摆脱对双寡头的市场关系依赖,夺取价值链治理权。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the longitudinal study on the development of China’s large aircraft industry,combined with the embedding theory and the path dependence theory,this paper constructs an embedded dependence model and divides it into two dimensions: the technical development dependence and the market relations dependence.Then,it uses mathematical models derived by the CES utility function for analysis.Under the effect of the exogenous variable of government-led,the independent innovation and the value chain restructuring become the path-breakthroughs of China’s large aircraft industry.The purpose of the independent innovation is the breakthrough of the technical development dependence and acquiring knowledge for industry upgrade.The purpose of the value chain restructuring is to occupy the strategic links of the value chain,get rid of the market relations dependence on the duopoly,and snatch governance rights.更多还原
