【摘要】 基于生态系统论的视角以及企业生态位的思想,解释企业间竞合关系及竞合战略不稳定性的原因,建立了企业及企业间形成竞合战略的生态系统模型,阐述了竞合战略稳定性的机理和特征。我国企业实施竞合战略,应树立竞合理念,将拓展自身生态位与保护自身生态位相结合,强化环境意识,优化竞合战略系统结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the perspectives of enterprise ecological niche and ecosystem theory,the authors explain the reasons between companies for instability of the coopetition relationship and coopetition strategies.And they make the ecosystem model and expound the mechanism and features of keeping stability of coopetition strategies.To implement coopetition strategies Chinese enterprises could start from nurturing concept of coopetition strategies,combining expanding with protecting its ecological niche,strengthening environment awareness and optimizing coopetition strategies structure.更多还原
