克氏原螯虾不同组织微量金属元素富集能力研究
The Study of Three Kinds of Trace Metal Elements Enrichment in Different Tissues of Procambarus clarkii
【摘要】 采用微波消解-原子吸收法作为分析手段,对克氏原螯虾的肌肉、内脏、鳃3个部位的3种微量金属元素含量进行测定,分析研究了克氏原螯虾不同部位对微量金属元素的富集能力的差异。结果表明:肌肉对Mg的富集能力最大,内脏对Mn的富集能力最大,鳃对Cu的富集能力最大。本研究为合理开发克氏原螯虾的食用功能提供了科学依据。
【Abstract】 In the present paper,microwave assisted sample digestion and AAS were used in the assaying.Three kinds of trace metal elements enriched in the muscle viscus and cheek of Procambarus clarkii were determined.Trace metal elements enrichment effect were studied about the different forms of P.clarkii.The results indicated that the best enrichment effect to Magnesium was in the muscle,Manganese in the viscus,Copper in the cheek.The study provided some scientific basis for the rational exploitation of P.clarkii.
