福建东南部野生蕉7个自然居群289份样品的ISSR分析

【摘要】 对福建东南部7个野生蕉自然居群289份样品进行ISSR及聚类分析。结果表明:①16条ISSR引物共扩增出条带174条,其中多态性条带121条,多态性百分率(P)69.54%。②7个野生蕉自然居群的多态位点百分率为17.24%~45.4%,且差异显著,但遗传多样性水平均不高。③总的遗传变异中,58.24%基因变异来源于各野生蕉居群之间,41.76%基因变异来源于各个野生蕉居群内部交流。7个野生蕉居群间基因流较低,不能维持较高的基因变异多样性。④聚类分析结果表明,其亲缘关系与地理分布有密切关系。

【Abstract】 The genomic DNAs of 289 samples of the wild bananas from 7 populations in southeastern Fujian were extracted from the leaves for ISSR analyses.The results showed that:① 16 primers were screened from 40 arbitrary primers,and a total of 174 bands were amplified from the 289 samples,among which 121(69.54%)were polymorphic.②the PPB of 7 populations of the wild banana resources were between17.24%~45.4%,which were all at the lower levels but remarkably different among them.③ The inter-populations variance was 58.24% and inside-population variance was 41.76%.④The cluster analysis results of ISSR markers indicated that they had a close relationship between genetic relationship and geography.
